An older style mobile home in beautiful Pembrokeshire, on a small, fully resedential and protected site, with just 15 mobile homes on it. It is only 2 miles from Newgale beach, and aprox 9 miles from St David's and 12 miles from Haverfordwest. Trefgarn Owen is a small village in a tranquil location.

The mobile home has a large garden surrounding it. There is parking for one car. The home is aprox 12 x 36 feet. There is one main bedroom, a study/office area (which could be turned into a small bedroom), a utility room, seperate toilet and shower rooms, kitchen and dining area, and semi open-plan living room.

FOR SALE BY SILENT AUCTION. Sealed bids to be in by 3pm on 20th July 2025. Acceptance of offer by 6pm on 20th July 2025. The way it works in Wales is that you pay 10% of the sale price to the site owner and 90% to the seller. I will require a 10% non-refundable deposit (of the 90%) to avoid time wasters immediatly on acceptnce of the offer. Like all mobile home sites - the mobile home is owned but you pay site rent to the site owner who owns the land it is sited on. Both electricity and water are paid to the site owner (very reasonable) and gas bottles are purchased from a supplier (also reasonable). There is fibre internet, There is also a sky dish and line for a BT landline (neither of which I use). Site rent is weekly £23/week. It rises on 1st Jan every year by 50p/week.

There is no central heating but the hall and toilet have electric wall panels and the bathroom a heated shower rail and fan heater. There is a gas fire in the living room, I assume this works but I have used a calor gas heater as it's easier for me to turn on and off with my disabilities. I find a small oil filled electric rad in bedroom was fine and economical to run. There is also an oven, fridge and washing machine - all older. I know the fridge and washing machine work but no idea about the oven because I used a microwave and air fryer - again due to my disabilities. I am moving because of health and my long time friend and carer lives and works in Yorkshire and I need to move there as the drive is now too much for me and he is too busy with work. I don't really want to leave as I have a wonderful friend base here and the site is small, quiet, safe and friendly.

Pets: small to medium dogs only and the garden would need to be dog proofed. Ususal restrictions to safer breeds only. All other small pets are ok.

Age Limit: Anyone who owns this home needs to be over 40 years. This is so that the site remains quiet with no loud music and parties etc.

There is a new rule to the site that nobody with any form of police record is allowed on the site.

Site rules can be emailed over but are standard rules for mobile home sites.

The site owner lives on the site and is an upstanding member of the local community and local councillor.
