The Main Villa:
An elegant Greek/Venetian style villa set over three floors. The villa offers six double-bedroom suites with sea views. On the first floor, a balcony stretches along one bedroom, and a large terrace runs off the principal bedroom.
The basement comprises a laundry room, a machine room, a shower, and an ample indoor yoga space, suitable for many purposes. There is underfloor heating throughout, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and the principal bedroom has a stone fireplace. A loft for storage extends across the entire roof space.
The front of the house enjoys panoramic sea views, and the veranda provides a sun trap for the entire day. Further attractive chillout areas are dotted around the villa.

The Stone House Kitchen:
Handmade African wooden doors lead from the kitchen to the al fresco dining area with far-reaching views of the Ionian Sea and distant hills of Kefalonia. Many natural shaded outdoor spaces around the stone house kitchen building provide formal and informal dining spaces.

Adjacent to the stone house kitchen and dining area is an outdoor kitchen counter in white Kourasanit with a built-in fridge, BBQ, sink and a gas hob covered by an impressive teak and tiled pergola, which allows for year-round entertaining. To the rear of the stone kitchen is a storage room and seven solar panels.
There are two exterior wooden floored yoga spaces.

Stone House Sanctuaries - Two separate dwellings are away from the main house on the property's grounds, providing ideal accommodation for guests.
In addition, a 'Cave House' comprises a large bedroom that sleeps three people and a bathroom built into a cave with seating and lounging areas outside.

All three special ancillary spaces offer the chance to relax and immerse yourself in the unspoiled natural landscape, connected by winding pathways that lead down to secret beaches and hidden coves below.

There is also a pergola-covered en suite treatment area used for massage therapies overlooking the sea that enjoys a magical vista.

An extensive covered parking area is located below the property.
