To that end, and to comply with the legal regulations laid down by the government, we confirm we are registered with Tenancy Deposit Solutions under the insured scheme. Any deposits taken by us for properties we manage are protected under this scheme. At Prestige Properties we also make sure that any deposits that are taken on behalf of a landlord for a property that we do not manage are also protected by making sure that the landlord provides us with a copy of a deposit protection certificate before we are able to release the deposit funds to them. In addition, we can confirm the Prestige Properties are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and the Client Money Protect scheme.
