All of our properties are carefully managed with regular checks, pro-active maintenance and genuine 24 hour support.  For our landlord clients, we offer our specialist "From Buy to Let" service, assisting with every stage of property investment. With our specialist knowledge of the local market we can help source suitable properties, assist with the purchasing process (including providing legal and financial advice), organise any required refurbishment work and then take on the letting and management of your new property. We can do as much or as little as you'd like; everything we do is tailored to you. We also try and interact both responsibly and sympathetically with both the environment and our local community. Through the use of green energy in our properties to our support and interaction with local businesses and inspiring charities, we are passionate about creating a sense of community and ensuring our tenants have a home, and not just a house.
