Christopher Stokes is owned and run on a day-to-day basis by Directors Chris Stokes and Mario Panayiotou. Both Directors are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA). Chris Stokes lived in Waltham Cross for the first twenty years of his life before moving to Cheshunt. Mario Panayiotou joined the company in March 2006 as a Senior Negotiator and, within eighteen months, had become a fellow Director. Mario grew up and went to school in Enfield. He has worked as an estate agent since 2001 and, before joining Christopher Stokes, built up experience at various agencies, both independent and corporate. This has enabled him to see how different companies operate and take the good things from them all, while leaving their bad habits behind! "From my experiences, I can see what distinguishes a good agent from a bad agent.
