We're proud to have been serving the Bedford area since the year 2000, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent, not only in Bedford but also in Kempston, Wootton, Ampthill and Flitwick. Owners and Bedford residents Shahid Miah and Habib Rahman bring years of experience in retail banking and property management. Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings and property management, property investment and mortgage advice. The office is located on St Loyes Street in the heart of the town centre and just a short walk from the train station. At Martin & Co Bedford we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service. Our team provide our customers with support, advice throughout the whole process with a dedicated point of contact and regular property updates on the sale or let of your home. We recently won The British Property Lettings Award for Bedford. The team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels. In 2021, Martin & Co Bedford acquired local independent businesses Compass Lettings and Gateway Lettings adding to their already extensive portfolio of properties.
