Clachlan lies on the Isle of Seil, some 13 miles south of the major West Coast town of Oban. From Oban take the A816 signposted for Lochgilphead. After approximately 7.5 miles, take the right hand turn towards Kilninver and the Isle of Seil. Follow the road for 7 miles.
