This is my family home and what a place to grow up, mum was happy here and always felt safe. The court is homely and filled with lovely neighbours who are quiet and respectful of each other. The park to the rear is great for kids and it is a safe walk to and from the house in either direction, you can see everything from the top windows overlooking the park, and its a nice amenity family pets also. As you get a little older, the walk into town for teenagers is achievable, and the bus links are brilliant, equally to the Broughton shopping area in the opposite way. Lovely home, sun in the garden of an evening and a safe and happy place to grow up!
