Land extending to approximately 0.63 acres (0.25 ha) set in the Hamlet of Claddach Kirkibost. This is a level block of land which adjoins the public road and private track and is accessed via a field gate. The land is enclosed with stock fencing which is in variable condition, and provides some rough grazing for cattle or sheep. This land is not subject to crofting tenure. Directions By ferry – From Lochmaddy head 8 miles south west on the A867 to the T-junction at Clachan. Turn right onto the A865 and head north for 2 miles. The land is on the corner on the left-hand side behind bus stop. By plane – From Balivanich airport turn left onto the B892 and head east for 3 miles. Turn left at the T-junction with the A865 and head north for 8 miles, crossing the causeway from Benbecula to North Uist and passing through the village of Carinish to the T-junction at Clachan. Continue north for a further 2 miles. Mains electricity and water run along the main road adjacent to the land. However, in common with adjacent properties a private waste-water, such as a septic tank, would need to be installed. Claddach Kirkibost is only 13 miles from the airport and 10 miles from the ferry terminal.
