About this agent

In 1990 Paul Mather opened our first office in the bustling town of Hatfield, in the borough of Welwyn Hatfield with his long-time friend Andy Marshall. Firmly establishing ourselves in the busy marketplace location and growing our reputation as a leading agent within the town, it wasn’t long before we were looking for new premises to expand within the Hertfordshire area. Two years later we celebrated the opening of our office in Stevenage. Positioned on the main High Street of the historic Old Town, directly opposite the beautiful Holy Trinity Church. This centrally located branch allowed us to work in the new town and picturesque villages of Hertfordshire. As the desire for village life grew, we opened our office in the quaint Knebworth High Street. This allowed us to have specialist knowledge of local villages and parish councils. Despite the ever-changing housing market and the growth of our company over the years, we’ve remained true to our values and always look to offer the same outstanding level of service. We are proud to have been nominated for, shortlisted, and won awards both locally and nationally. In 2023 we celebrated 34 years in our local communities. Paul Mather became sole Managing Director so felt it only right to rebrand in preparation for the next 34 years and beyond!
