After a journey of over two decades in the property market, we now find ourselves as one of the largest independent letting agencies in Tayside. We have an in house maintenance team, which allows us to both react quickly and undertake work to our standards. Other specialist contractors we use are tried and trusted tradesmen. We retain strong links with the academic community in Dundee, specialising in HMO management across the city. We certainly do not just cater to students though, and have many properties which we let to families and professionals throughout Tayside. We are a growing team and all from the local area who know and love Dundee.
