Above arrangement enables all house sharers to enjoy as much privacy and convenience but also pay as little bills as possible.

BILLS TO PAY

(90%) Paid by landlord: council tax, cold/hot water, radiator based central heating by gas, electricity in all communal parts including kitchen. BT fastest available broadband package (we don't have Virgin infrastructure here), TV Licence.

(10%) Paid by tenant: use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend around £20-25 per month depending on use.

MANAGEMENT

The entire property is managed by our in house letting management firm.
Regular cleaning (kitchen, hallway, stairs) and alarm testing are provided.
