BILLS TO PAY

(90%) Paid by landlord: council tax, cold/hot water, radiator based central heating by gas, electricity in all communal parts including kitchen. BT Infinity 2 fastest available broadband package (sorry we don't have Virgin infrastructure here), TV Licence.

(10%) Paid by tenant: use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend around £20-25 per month depending on use. (note the meter in this bedroom is not yet installed, hence free of charge. but do expect that to happen in future).

MANAGEMENT

The entire property is managed by our in house letting management firm.
Regular cleaning (kitchen, hallway, stairs) and alarm testing are provided.
