DESCRIPTION

Pulling through the archway leading to todays property you are greeted by a detached garage block providing two open fronted car barns. This would be ripe for conversion to either further accommodation or maybe someone needing to work from home creating an office space or beauticians. All subject to planning.

Gated access leads into a courtyard style garden with raised beds. Gravelled areas provide ample seating space and lead towards the stable style door giving access to the property. What a door to walk through into the stunning open plan dining kitchen. A fantastic space for all the family with plenty of space for a dining table and large dresser which has integrated appliances in units with a large kitchen island opening into the kitchen area with integrated appliances and topped with vaulted ceilings. The property is equipped with under floor electric heating to the ground floor area.

The living room benefits from a wood burning stove making it the perfect cosy winter room to spend watching a film in front of the fire. The property benefits from fitted shutters making it nice and cool in the summer months and warmer in the winter months. A further stable door leads to the rear courtyard area.

From the kitchen area a further stable door gives access to the rear courtyard garden area as well as to the downstairs family bathroom. This comprises a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. Working really well for the two bedrooms that will share this bathroom or for when guests are over. Bedroom three is located downstairs and is a nice size, easily a double but perfect for a little one with a floor to ceiling window overlooking the front garden.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and benefits from having an en suite shower room but also giving ample space for furniture or if someone wanted to add fitted wardrobes. A further stable door leads to the rear courtyard garden meaning you can finish of a nice G&T in the garden before heading to bed. A small utility area has also been created downstairs with plumbing for a washer and providing ample space for coats and shoes.

Upstairs the second bedroom is located and is a lovely size maybe for older children or as a guest room. Currently set up as an area to run your business from home as a treatment area.

The rear courtyard area is over s split level giving a few areas to sit and entertain and further space for pots and plants.
