Brick steps lead up to the patio area where there are two timber sheds and the fuel oil tank. A tall hedge divides this from the remainder of the long garden which is approached through an opening. The lawned section of the garden is fenced on either side and some conifers run along in the neighbours garden along the south-east side providing good privacy. The pond is suitable for goldfish etc. Another hedge divides this from the fruit and vegetable garden which has raspberries, gooseberries, apples pears and two timber structures, one garden shed and the other a summerhouse at the end of the garden together with a final patio area. The garden backs onto open land to the rear.

Sevices
It is understood that mains electricity and water are connected to this property. There is no mains gas in the village and fuel for the central heating boiler is oil which is stored in a plastic storage tank to the rear of the cottage. Drainage is to a cess pit in the garden and the owner informs us he has this emptied once every nine months, approximately.
