This luxury two-bedroom detached holiday lodge, finished to exceptional standards, is situated in a prime, secluded area of the highly sought-after Stewart's Resort in Cameron, just four miles from St Andrews, Fife, the home of golf. The lodge is accessible by a ramp, which makes it suitable for those with mobility issues, who need to use either a walker or wheelchair.
The spacious living area includes an open-plan living room and stylish dining kitchen, with fitted dining bar. Off the living room is a snug room, with excellent sea views out beyond St Andrews across to Angus.
The principal suite has ample built-in wardrobe space, TV and dressing room area, with an en-suite shower room. There is also a further double bedroom, and a main bathroom including a bath/shower. The lodge has double-glazed windows and gas central heating, with private car parking for up to four vehicles outside.
From the living room you can access a private deck with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun. This area is unseen by other lodges.
Holiday Park Description
This resort has excellent on-site facilities, including a gym, sauna and steam room, golf, and a playpark. Lodge owners enjoy extensive benefits including a Lodge Owners Loyalty card, with which you receive 10% off food and drink on site plus the park partners with businesses within the area, which also offer a variety of discounts.
The season is 12 months, and the resort organises dedicated owners' events including Christmas and Hogmanay celebrations.
