“We bought the property as our family was growing and we needed the extra living and bedroom space. We have loved the garden in the summer as the sun covers the majority of the back garden until late evening. Being a town house the three floor aspect offers a good living space for us and for our children meaning everyone feels they have their own areas in the house. The house is situated down the end of the cul-de-sac meaning there are not many cars driving down our end of the road. Everyone is courteous with parking their cars and the road is usually very quiet. Most of the neighbours keep themselves to themselves however everyone is very pleasant. We are sad to be leaving this property as we have made many family memories here, we will miss the area and the fact we are so close to the beach, park, heathland and sea.”
