It took me over 6 months of looking at this house before deciding to go inside - very little kerb appeal! Immediately, I felt the space, light and peaceful atmosphere. There's so much room for friends and family to comfortably stay with me without falling over each other. The ground floor is ideal for visitors who like their own self-contained living space. I felt storage was lacking but now the understairs and the middle floor have good sized built in cupboards. The sun comes up in the front in the mornings and down in the back in the evening. The Millennium Greenway is a minute away, great for dog walking and cycling. A bus into Chester city is over the road, 2 parks (one with play park) and local shops are very close, too.
