To the rear of the property is a patio garden with a lovely picnic bench perfect for pres in the garden. There is also a laundry area on the ground floor with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There are 3 separate and full bathrooms meaning you never have to argue with the flatmate who takes hours in the shower.

All of the bedrooms come furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, a 4 drawer chest of drawers, a small 3 shelf unit, desk, and bedside table. You just need to bring yourself and your belongings!

The property is located on a fantastic street, just a short walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants on Albany, Wellfield, and City Road. It is also only a short walk of around 15 minutes into Cathays and the main university campus. It is around a 25 walk to town.
