A superb option to buy in the ever popular village of Atworth. This lovely 3 bedroom home is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac and is within walking distance of all local amenities and bus routes. Walking in through the front door, the hallway opens up just enough to one side to provide a useful apace to hang coats and store shoes. The living room is large enough for a corner sofa and is a great space to relax. A good sized kitchen/diner partially open plan via a wide archway, offers a good sized space for a dining table, a large useful understairs cupboard. The kitchen area has space for a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The light floods this room via the window above the sink and the useful door which take you out to the garden. Imagine spilling out onto the large patio with drinks in hand for a BBQ on those sunny evenings!

Upstairs and there are 2 good sized double bedrooms, and a decent sized single as a third. The family bathroom has recently been re fitted with a modern suite including a vanity unit with the sink, shower over the bath, full height tiling and a heated towel rail.

Outside the walled garden is an excellent size for a 3 bedroom home, is walled and very private feeling. The south facing aspect makes this a wonderful place to soak up some rays and enjoy some gardening. The large patio offers plenty of room for outdoor furniture and the level lawn is big enough for the kids to play. To the side is a huge , garage sized storage cabin and access to the front. The front areas are all very low maintenance with gravel finish and offers off street parking for 3 cars.

Surrounded by countryside for extensive walks, Atworth is a popular village for it's comprehensive range of amenities. The Bear garage, offers a post office service, and also stocks the essentials you may need. A longer 15-minute walk away is Lowden Garden Centre and Farm Shop, which is ideal for picking up local produce for dinner or stocking up on flowers for your new garden. For bigger food shops, you’ll find supermarkets including Asda, Aldi and Sainsbury’s five minutes away by car, in Melksham. Opposite the garden centre you’ll find the locally-renowned Golden Fleece pub and Italian restaurant. The award winning community pub, the White Hart is just a couple of minutes from your front door - so you’re never far away from a Sunday lunch or pizza! The pub is the heart of the village and events such as the Atworth artisan, market and Village show are hosted here along with live music events. The village hall hosts a variety of classes and can also be hired for parties. For the little ones, the village’s outdoor play area and green is right on your doorstep, and Whitley Golf Club is five minutes up the road in the car, too

Atworth is well-placed for multiple bus routes, including the X71, 271, 272 and 273 connecting the village to Bath. The closest railway station is Melksham, a small station with regular direct routes to Swindon and Westbury. Commuting into London by train is easy - just hop on a train from here to Chippenham, and board another train to reach Paddington in 90 minutes. And for those all-important holiday plans, Bristol Airport is an hour’s drive away.

For younger children, Churchfields School is a 15 minute walk, and is rated “Good” by Ofsted. Stonar Independent School for children of all ages is located just over 5 minutes away by car, and for secondary pupils, the property is also within the catchment area for St.Laurence school in Bradford on Avon and school buses run from the village to St. Laurence but also the Corsham secondary school which is also popular. For little ones, there are 2 nurseries in the village, Snapdragons and a more recently opened Neston Farm nursery which also has the "Three bears bakes" cake and coffee hut set behind it.

When I decided to set up my own estate agency, it was important to bring back the values that I felt have been lost over the years by other agents. We have 4 key goals which are to act with honesty, integrity, expertise and with a personal touch. Moving home can be stressful, and we are here to guide your through the process as your personal property advisor. Instead of simply opening up more offices, I want each of our property professionals to be a specialist in their own area and provide the same exceptional level of service that we have become known for. All our property professionals are highly experienced and have the same passion to provide an outstanding level of service to you. There are no plans to be the biggest agent in the many areas we cover, but we do aim to have the best reputation. Jaine herself has built an excellent following in the Corsham and Melksham areas, we are now expanding our areas through our growing team of specialist area property professionals. Please do get in touch if you would like us to help you sell your home.
