The aim of Ian Ritchie Land Agents is to give straight forward down to earth advice and assistance to farming clients both old and new. Ian Ritchie has worked in the land agency sector in North West Cumbria since 1993, initially working from Borderway Mart until 2002 when he joined Hopes Auction Company to set up and then manage the Land Agency department from 2002 until June 2019. After 17 years working for Hopes Ian made the decision to set up as an independent Land Agent. Ian Ritchie Land Agents Ltd consists of Ian Ritchie working as the main Land Agent for the company with all clerical work being undertaken by his wife Fiona. Fiona is a dairy farmers daughter from Skelton and over the years has worked in the farming sector to include working for Rickerby Ltd in their Penrith depot for numerous years. Over the years Ian has undertaken most aspects of Land Agency work and will continue to do so working for clients in the North West of Cumbria and further afield.
