The Development
Built as a series of five terraced ‘unboxed homes’, the row of accommodation was developed as custom-builds in the heart of Peckham’s bustling core, on an otherwise unused site adjoining the elevated railway line. The development has been revered for its notable environmental considerations – an MVHR system and triple-glazed windows, and flexible design; it accommodates both houses and apartments. It won the 2021 Build-it Custom Build Award, and received silver in the 2021 London Design Awards.
The Tour
Entry is through a secure, coded gate. From the front door is a bright and airy living room, where the full vertical dynamism of the house is immediately apparent.
