Our aim is to build our business on recommendation, in order to do so we are committed to matching platinum quality properties to platinum quality tenants and to providing a platinum quality of service to ensure that both landlords and tenants engage in longstanding mutually beneficial relationships with our support. Platinum Properties are also members of the Federation for Small Businesses, we use local independant contractors and suppliers wherever possible with whom I have built strong working relationships over many years to ensure you get the best possible reliable service from people who personally care. Unlike other agents, we do not add commissions to our contractors invoices to ensure you get the best rates too. We are also dedicated to giving something back, we undertake regular charity work, sponsor local events and are working toward providing support to the local college. We are committed to the local community and use local independent contractors and suppliers wherever possible with whom we have built relationships over the years.
