The premises is suited to a variety of storage and light industrial uses, and is located at Higher Bal, St Agnes, approx 4.5 miles from the A30 / Chiverton Cross.

Proposed Terms
Rent: The advertised rent is payable monthly, in advance, per calendar month. No VAT applicable.
