The Lodge - exterior 12.50m x 4.27m (41ft x 14ft)
This elegant, spacious lodge at 111 Harbour View is in fantastic condition and features a wraparound decking and paved parking for two vehicles to the side. There is a large storage box suitable for bikes etc. on the grassed area which flanks a path that leads to the sea, with Rockley beach nearby.
The Lodge - entrance
The Lodge is situated in a quiet, peaceful area away from the main hub, at the end of the row. It is very well insulated and has gas central heating and an electric fireplace. The skylights in the vaulted roof flood the kitchen and dining area with natural light.
The Lodge - bedrooms
The master bedroom features a king-sized gas-lift storage bed, TV, dressing table with mirror and a double wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds, TV and plenty of storage, with bathroom opposite.
The sofabed in the lounge can accommodate two further guests.
The Lodge - kitchen
The spacious kitchen features a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, double gas oven, microwave, wine cooler and a popup USB plug socket.
The breakfast bar overlooks the sea and the Isle of Purbeck.
