There are then two additional reception rooms currently used as a lounge and playroom. The lounge has a beautiful bespoke carpentry shelving unit and I love the window seat in the play room. It is worth noting that the playroom could also be used as formal dining/office or indeed a ground floor bedroom, if desired.

Upstairs, you wait until you see the Principal bedroom! Redecorated, carpeted and with a brand new ensuite designed by Charlotte Conway, you are in for a real treat.
