This historic building is experiencing a renaissance that will sympathetically restore and retain the important architectural features including the magnificent bow windows, the colonnaded porch, the elegant high ceilings and many of the original cornices and mouldings. The building's original fabric has influenced the design approach in the choice of materials, the spatial arrangements and the retention of period details.
