Planning Permission was also granted by Swale Borough Council under reference 17/505232/FULL, dated 2nd January 2018, for Minor Material Amendment to Condition 2 of 16/507181/FULL to vary the approved plans to add dormer window to front elevation of existing building and addition of balcony to dormer window on rear elevation. Reduce window sizes on all elevations of new building to the rear, addition of Juliet balconies onto the front elevation and addition of four balconies onto rear elevation, subject to conditions.
