To the west, paths wind out of the woodland beneath power lines, leading to a spacious clearing. The current owners have carefully created trails to make the most of this area, which has a character all of its own and potential for future projects. Wildlife thrives in these secluded woods with buzzards, owls, deer and badgers being frequent visitors.

Access: There is excellent vehicle access directly from South Lodge Road. A rustic ride stop leads into the woodland where there are good areas for parking.
