The business was set up in 2009 by David Hartley and Ashley Bennett as a dedicated letting and property management business, ‘Hove Lets’, with a simple vision, to deliver first class results and a high-quality service. Over the years our vision has remained the same, but our portfolio has expanded significantly to cover the wider Sussex area and we felt it was only right that we say a fond farewell to where our journey began and a warm welcome to Hartley Bennett Ltd. We are proud to have many of the same faces in the team that have been here from the start, and we feel that our ‘Team’ is an integral part of our business success. We have worked hard to develop our skills and knowledge and endeavour to provide an excellent level of service to both Tenants and Landlords alike.
