Property Details
Why the owner loves the property:
We fell in love with Rosedale initially due to its location, with the excellent primary school, and Outstanding secondary school, both under a mile from the front door. Once we extended, renovated and adapted Rosedale it became the perfect family home, suitable for us all as our son became increasingly reliant on a wheelchair. The gardens are the cherry on the icing on the cake, with the babbling brook running through the front garden, and the gorgeous views from the top patio area in the rear gardens, not to mention the hot tub. The additional large garden room proved invaluable as a work-from-home space, and would be ideal for anyone wishing to run a business from home, or as a den for hobbies or games. The village is wonderful, with the best community and excellent facilities. As the children grew and flew the nest, we moved to be closer to them, but we miss Rosedale and the village immensely.
