5 bedroom house

This five-bed house is in a great location for UWE students, on the corner of Toronto road and Gloucester road.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. At the back of the house an open-plan living-dining opens into the kitchen. Don't take too much notice of the kitchen in the pictures, you'll only be living with that kitchen until christmas, when i'll be fitting a new one that's been designed and ordered from magnet kitchens.

All of the bedrooms are doubles, and two are really big, with bay windows (one student had a small pool table in his room as well as the double bed!).

There's a downstairs loo that used to be the outside loo, but now it's in a covered area outside the kitchen door, which students often use as their smoking place.
