Video tours

An extended, three bedroom detached house in the town centre, with a separate garage, a driveway, and an enclosed rear garden. This property has approximately 1,216 sq. ft. of accommodation arranged over two floors, including, on the ground floor, an entrance hall with access to a two piece cloakroom and the staircase to the first floor with an understairs cupboard. Further doors in the hallway open to a kitchen/breakfast room and the sitting room. This room, with French doors to a paved patio, has been extended, creating a walk through to a dining area with sliding doors to the rear garden.

The first floor landing accesses three double bedrooms, including the principal bedroom with double windows overlooking the front, and an en suite shower room. There is also a modern, three piece family shower room which has a walk-in shower.

The flat roof was replaced this year with a modern rubberised system; the garage roof was replaced at the same time. A new gas boiler was fitted in 2024.

Rooms

Outside
A shared driveway off New Road provides access to a private driveway for the house ahead of the garage. There is potential to create additional off road parking in place of the front lawn. There is gated side access to a rear garden which has a paved patio connecting the house. A further patio gives access to a timber summer house, beside which is a clipped hedge with an archway, which divides the garden. The remainder of the garden is lawned and the boundaries have wooden fencing and planted borders.
