The farmhouse sits above the grounds and buildings of
Bickham Manor. The property is accessed via a private road
from the main highway and the property sits apart from the
other properties that form part of Bickham Manor.

Bickham Manor Farmhouse provides generous living
accommodation to both the ground and first floors. The
ground floor comprises a fitted kitchen (with integrated
electric oven and hob) with adjacent larder. The dining room
includes an oil fired Rayburn and the sitting room features a
wood burning stove. Adjacent to the sitting room is a study.
The ground floor is completed by a lean-to boot room and
w/c.

To the first floor there are four double bedrooms a bathroom,
shower room and separate wc.

GARDENS AND GROUNDS
There is a grassed garden area to the side and rear of the
farmhouse. Parking is to the side of the property.
Available by separate negotiation are at least two stables
and grazing. The cost of these would be in the region of
£247 per month (additional stable boxes are also available at an additional cost).

Location

Bickham Manor Farmhouse is located just outside the village of
Timberscombe and approximately 6.5 miles from Minehead.

The property is close to the amenities of Timberscombe which
include post office, pub, a village hall and Timberscombe First
School and Pre-School. For further schooling some of the area’s best independent schools can be found in Taunton (including Taunton School, Kings College, Queen’s College and King’s Hall) and Tiverton (Blundells).

Set within the Exmoor National Park with a convenient network
of footpaths and bridleways, the area provides ample opportunity for recreational activities.

The property would be well suited to equestrian enthusiasts. By separate agreement, at least two stables and grazing of
approximately 2.5 acres located directly opposite the farmhouse is available. There is excellent access to outstanding off road riding, including Dunkery Beacon and Dunster Deer Park.

Communications links to the area are excellent. Taunton and
Tiverton’s main line railway station offers direct trains to London Paddington and the Midlands. The M5 Motorway (Junction 24) gives fast and easy access to Exeter, Bristol and the Midlands.
