Esters, Jolene and Perilla are particular neighbourhood favourites in the latter, while Stoke Newington Church Street is home to The Spence Bakery, Whole Foods and The Good Egg, as well as many other independent businesses. There are several green spaces nearby, including Newington Green, Abney Park - one of the ‘Magnificent Seven’ garden cemeteries of London - as well as Clissold Park, with its tennis courts, café, beautiful lakes, and resident deer.
