Small parcel of land which could be used for a variety of uses subject to planning consent from Caerphilly county council. The land is mainly woodland currently. From what we understand the land is accessible via the taff trial and a private road via Caerphilly Road/A468 which we have been informed by the owner occupier of this land shares a right of way. There is a bridge that you cross over and as the track bears to the right the boundary of the land is on the left hand side of the track. The rear of the boundary is marked with a row of iron posts.
