We are within 15 minutes’ walk of Penbryn beach, voted one of the best beaches in Wales, managed by the National Trust and within 5 to 20 minutes’ drive of other amazing beaches - Tresaith, Llangrannog, Aberporth, Mwnt, Gwbert, Aberaeron, New Quay, Poppit Sands and many more.
Cardigan town, with shops, restaurants, art gallery, castle, trendy markets and cinema is only a 20 minute drive away.

Both fields have been grazed in the past, either with sheep, cows or horses. They are organic and at present used for grass, up to three cuts per year. Fenced as two paddocks with approx. 15 acres in total but could be split and sold individually as two approx. 7.5 acre fields. Both have their own wide access gates. A stream/brook borders one side with a country lane bordering the other. A natural spring feeds into the brook. Water pipes run under the road and an electric cable goes over the fields so both utilities could be hooked up if need be.
I do not believe that one would be given planning permission for a residential dwelling on the land. However, the Welsh Government are pushing for and giving out grants for eco dwellings on owned land for eco dwellings that are self builds and in the end, self-sufficient for people that will take on these type of projects and eventually live there. We have lived here since 2019 and it is a magical place. I would certainly recommend, especially if you have young children, to move to a safer and healthier environment. As you grow older you suddenly realize that life is so short, so take a deep breath and carefully plan your future.
