* Landlord's Comments * "We purchased this property for Mum. It was the second property that we purchased in this lovely quiet road, having purchased another a few doors down for my mother-in-law. Both previously lived closer to central Croydon.

We had moved to Selsdon a few years earlier and we just love the area, as does our son who also owns property here. It is safe, has very good schools, great amenities and green spaces, and excellent bus services. I love to walk and have no qualms walking around this area at night, unlike other parts of the borough! We knew our Mothers and our children would be safe here.

The home is lovely as are the neighbours. They are there when you need them, i.e. to take in a parcel, or watch the home while you are away, but very much keep themselves to themselves. The double aspect living room provides plenty of space and the bedrooms, even the single, are a good size. The garden is perfect with back access available, and the off-street parking is a bonus, although there are no restrictions here, so parking additional cars is never a problem, which was useful when myself and my four brothers and sisters, and our children, all visited mum at the same time!

Whoever moves into this home will find themselves feeling very much at home really quick with the benefit of living in a lovely house in a green and safe area. Just look after it, please!"
