Location - The land is located, with road access, off Dunton Road. Heading East from Leire Village toward Dunton Bassett the land is on the left hand side as you leave the village opposite Leire Lane.

Description - The land extends to 0.67ha (1.67 acres) and is permanent pasture. The soil, as classified by Soilscapes as slowly permeable seasonally wet slightly acid but base-rich loamy and clayey soils. The land is generally in good condition and will be rolled before commencement of the new tenancy.

Boundaries - The boundaries are in good condition with a mixture of hedes, post and wire and post and rail. The boundaries will be the responsibility of the tenant to maintain and repair.
