Why buy this home? If you're searching for a welcoming family home with two reception rooms and stunning views of the beautiful Jubilee Lake, this is the one for you.

It’s rare to find a home that seamlessly blends modern living with timeless character. With bay windows and breathtaking lake views right on your doorstep, this home offers a unique and inviting atmosphere.

An entrance hall can set your mood when entering a home, and a window at the end of this one not only provides an immediate view of the garden, but allows natural light in making it a bright and inviting space.

The spacious living room is thoughtfully shaped to accommodate ample seating for the whole family. Double doors open onto the rear garden from both the living room and the kitchen/breakfast room, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

The garden is impressively large for a home of this size, cleverly extended by the current owners re-purposing part of the carport—while still providing parking for three to four cars. A decked area offers the perfect spot for outdoor seating, ideal for summer gatherings. Plus, convenient access to the driveway adds to the home’s practicality.

The kitchen is truly the heart of this home and was a key reason the current owner chose it. Spacious enough for a six-seater dining table or a breakfast bar/island, it’s the perfect gathering spot for family meals and conversations. Shaker-style units, paired with crisp white worktops, create a charming country-inspired finish. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas hob, and double electric oven—combining style with everyday convenience.

The second reception room is a family essential—spacious enough for a grand dining table, a dedicated playroom, or even a home office. Once you experience the versatility of this extra living space, it’s hard to imagine life without it. Completing the downstairs is a convenient W/C, a practical addition—especially for families with young children.

The first floor features four well-proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom is generously sized, easily accommodating a king-size bed along with wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also benefits from a spacious en-suite, complete with a sleek shower and stylish grey tiling for a premium finish. The second bedroom is spacious enough to give the eldest child their own retreat, positioned on the opposite side of the master for the added privacy that teens often crave. With room for a double bed and storage, it’s a comfortable and versatile space. The third and fourth bedrooms are well-proportioned and square in shape, making them ideal for a younger child's room, a cozy guest bedroom, or even a dedicated home office. Their layout ensures flexibility to adapt as your needs change over time.

The bedrooms are served by a well-appointed family bathroom, featuring tiling around the bath and halfway up the walls for a stylish and practical finish. An added bonus is the window, bringing in natural light and ventilation.

Parking is provided by a double carport & driveway. There is also ample communal parking available.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Pavilion is now open and has daily classes such as Five Star Fitness, Badminton, Amy's Dance Academy, Zumba and Yoga. There is also a community hall and meeting rooms, making it ideal for parties and private functions.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Domino's Pizza, Barbers and an 8000 sq. ft Asda. Since the Turing Key pub opened its doors it has become the heart of the community. It is in good company as numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.

Lion Estates is a team of estate agents offering the most personal service in the industry. Our goal is to cover our costs by adding value in the form of a higher sales price, better communication and reduce stress for our clients. We aim to be your chosen property professional for life, offering advice and support even when you're not looking to move home. A New Breed Of Estate Agent It's no secret that estate agents in the UK don't have the best reputation compared to other countries across the world... We believe this is down to the high transactional nature of the typical estate agency business model. The need to sell high levels of homes results in poor marketing, worse communication and under-performance which leaves clients feeling short-changed. The agent who values your home and wins your trust isn't the agent who shows potential buyers around your home and goes on to negotiate your sales price. This crucial task falls to the least experienced staff member, who more often than not knows nothing about your home and hopes the potential buyer will decide to offer full asking price off their own back. Don't blame the agent though; they are likely conducting viewings on 30 - 50 homes, such is their business model, so it's impossible for them to know every detail about every home. But the person it impacts the most is the person who is paying the agent's fee - you. This, however, is through choice and not necessity - there is a better way. Imagine a service designed around what's best for the client, always putting your needs first. A truly personal service tailored to the different needs of each client as, after all, everyone's reason for moving is different. Not only that but every home is different - even if you have the same house style as someone else on your street, no other home has the same plot, orientation and feel of your home. You and your home are unique, and we for one believe you deserve to be treated like it. The estate agency industry has failed to evolve over the last 40 + years. It has failed to keep up with the changing needs of clients as the world around us has changed rapidly. Finally that change has come - welcome to the era of the personal estate agent.
