Beverley is an attractive and affluent market town which is famous for its 15th Century Minster and Racecourse and is located 27 miles south east of York and 7 miles north west of Hull.

The town benefits from good road communications being located at the junction of the A164 and A1035, with the M62 (J38) located 11 miles to the south west.

The property occupies a prominent position on the west side of Lairgate, at the junction with Grayburn Lane in a mixed use area within the town centre.  Beverley and East Riding Golf Club is situated about one mile to the south-west of the hotel.
