From South Molton head out of town in the Barnstaple direction, on the B3226. At the Aller Cross roundabout (NorthGate) on the A361, take the turning right towards Tiverton and take the first turning on your left signposted Hacche Lane. Proceed for 0.8miles, turning right at the top of the hill signposted North Lee. Continue up this lane for 1/2 mile this takes you into North Lee Farm. On reaching the farm bear around to the right hand side and turn left between the 2 stone cottages, through the 5 bar gate. The Cottage is directly in front as you drive in.
