I purchased this flat as a young, single professional, and it was the best decision I could have made. It provided me with the security, privacy, and comfort I needed, while the low yearly maintenance costs (including bills, service charges, ground rent, and mortgage) allowed me to live life to the fullest, travel the world, and save for my future plans. I was fortunate to have my cat, Cleo, with me, and she loved the flat as much as I did, enjoying her life here by my side.

This home has been a trouble-free, smart investment, and I hope the next owner will benefit from it and show it the love it deserves. If it weren’t for my decision to relocate to Costa Rica (one of the places I fell in love with during my travels), I would have loved to stay in this wonderful home for many more happy years. While selling this home feels nostalgic, it is necessary to achieve my relocation plans.
