Taylor & Co was a dream which was a long time in the making and born out of a desire to provide a higher quality, easy service which works for both landlords and tenants.   ​With a combined experience of 15 years of lettings experience, we felt that the current model offered to landlord’s was becoming outdated and that landlords were having to compromise on what they wanted in order to fit in with what their chosen agency were offering. We wanted to create a new style of agency that brought letting agencies into the modern world, by offering a number of valuation options and a flexible approach to the traditional service levels offered.  With our model, landlords are able to select exactly what they need from us and we fit in with their requirements.
