When we first discovered this second floor apartment we were blown away by the space throughout, the natural light and beautiful setting of the grounds and surrounding area. The entrance is gated giving a feeling of privacy and tucked away feel as well as a sense of exclusivity. We knew it would make the ideal family home and all these years later we still love all it has to offer….

Upon entering you are greeted with the hallway leading through into our open plan kitchen/lounge/diner – it has a well equipped kitchen with ample space for all appliances and an abundance of light flowing through. We have our cosy lounge area where we all snuggle up and enjoy our movie nights. The open plan feel is perfect for family life.

We have a good size master bedroom with space for storage and furniture which has an en-suite. We have a good size second bedroom.

Our family bathroom is spacious and again offers ample room for storage which is ideal in an apartment.

Within the building we have a lift, as well as a gym offering lots of amenities before you even leave! The entrance is gated to ensure privacy and adding to our community feel. We are surrounded by well maintained landscaped gardens giving a beautiful aesthetic. There is allocated parking.

This area boasts so much making it the perfect place to raise a family. There are an array of parks nearby for the children to play and make treasured memories as well as great local schools on the doorstep. Our family have flourished here where daily life is convenient and the neighbours feel like an extended family. Locally there are a variety of cafes and restaurants as well as Tesco’s – it offers so much and this apartment is a must see!
