We understand the site to previously contain a couple of agricultural storage buildings which we suspect remain but in a dilapidated state. The site benefits from vehicular and pedestrian access from Downhall Road and was once used for storage purposes of bottled LPG.

Location:

The property is situated in a rural location a short distance from the village of Bradwell-on-Sea, Essex.  To the south of the property is a large farmhouse and farmyard with equestrian facilities and to the north of the property there are a number of residential properties.  The site is located on Downhall Road, adjacent to Down Hall Residential Care Home in Bradwell-on-Sea, a rural village in Essex and within the District of Maldon. It is located approximately 14 miles east of Maldon. Chelmsford is the closest city approximately 23 miles via minor roads. To the west of the site is a sewage pumping station and a band of residential development comprising approximately 10 dwellings.
