We loved that there were very friendly and supportive neighbours, especially at the coffee and cakes meetings on Wednesday afternoons. The apartment was always nice and warm due to being apartment in a block, so very low heating/electric bills and it was really useful that all maintenance to internal and external block dealt with by the management company.
