The Laurels provides warm and comfortable reception rooms with open fires as well as a large open plan kitchen/family room, perfect for entertaining; which opens onto the sunny gardens via double doors. On the ground floor there is also a utility room.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has been tastefully furnished with carefully selected pieces from our Cotswold Grey shop in Moreton-In-Marsh. The Laurels offers versatile and spacious accommodation. Throughout the house are: 2 super-king bedrooms, a king bedroom and 2 double bedrooms.

The landscaped grounds offer a tranquil setting with manicured lawns, two comfortable seating areas, a large hot tub, barbecue area and a 2 bay cart lodge (currently used as a games garage complete with table tennis and football table). The grounds are gated, allowing children and dogs to play safely and securely.

The Laurels is located about 5 miles of quintessential Cotswolds towns including Chipping Campden, Broadway and Moreton-In-Marsh.

Draycott is a small Hamlet that sits between Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Campden in the lovely Cotswold countryside. Moreton-in-Marsh has day-to-day shopping facilities and train services to London. The M40 is accessible at Gaydon, Banbury or Oxford.
