Accommodation

The front door opens into an entrance with space to store coats and shoes etc, before heading up the stairs straight ahead to the main accommodation. The top of the stairs lead directly into an open plan reception area - a flowing, sociable and attractive area, perfect for modern living and entertaining. Ample room is provided for a dining table and chairs, while the sitting area is a cosy yet bright and open space enjoying light from the window to the front aspect as well as a Velux window above the dining area.

Wrapping round the corner and forming an ‘L’ shape room which divides the sitting area, is the kitchen which is fully fitted with a range of wall and base cupboards and drawers. Another skylight illuminates the space, where there is a stainless steel sink/drainer, electric oven with gas hob and extractor canopy over, while space is provided for a washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The kitchen flows through to the opposite side of accommodation which is set out with two identically sized double bedrooms, both to the front aspect. They’re both served by a family bathroom which comprises a modern suite to include a WC, wash hand basin, panelled bath with shower over and a tiled surround.

Outside & parking

The home itself is positioned in a tucked away spot with just three other properties within the cul-de-sac, leading to the brick paved driveway providing off road parking in front of the garage for two vehicles. The garage is accessed via a traditional up and over door and is a useful space for storage, in addition to an extra under stairs storage cupboard within the garage.
