We  are inviting all those interested in buying this land to send their best offer to us by no later than 10am this Thursday (13th Feb)

If you make an offer please confirm the following:

1. Price (this needs to be a specified figure and not linked to any other offers)

2. Whether your offer is cash or you require a mortgage

3. Whether your offer is on the basis of the covenant our clients propose to place on the site (against the erection of structures for uses other than for agricultural and equine purposes)

4. Or, whether your offer is based on no covenant being place on the land

5. Or, whether your offer is based on an alternative covenant being in place

6. Please advise us of any other matters you consider relevant to your offer

Please note the following:

1. We are advised that there is a main water pipe crossing the site but we do not have independent confirmation of this

2. There are two accesses across the thin section of land between Bushey Ground and 125 Brize Norton Road.

3. Our client is not obliged to accept the highest offer or indeed any offer.

4. It may be several days before we are able to provide any response to your offer so please wait for our response in due course.
