• The gas installation requires a full safety inspection by a Gas Safe registered engineer to confirm compliance. Could we receive a valid Gas Safety Certificate? Again, this may have already been requested by our solicitors but just wanted to mention it.
• The condensate pipe from the boiler directs into the rainwater drainage system which is unsatisfactory. Could we request a copy of the most recent boiler service history?
3. Asbestos Inspection & Remedial Work
• The survey identified suspected asbestos materials in multiple locations, including:
o Vinyl flooring tiles on ground floor
o Flue pipes and guttering
o Conservatory roof
